Coach Christiana Galella

 Christiana was a 2011 Graduate of Eastchester High School (NY) who lettered in volleyball, basketball and softball. Captained the Softball team as a senior while batting .429 to help them to an overall 22-2 record and an appearance in the sectional championship. Totaled a .397 batting average over her career at Eastchester. Earned All-League Honorable Mention as a Junior and All-League as a Senior. Recipient of the Spirit of the Eagle Award as a senior representing teamwork, dedication and sacrifice. She also played three years of ASA softball with the Empire State Huskies Organization. 

Christiana attended Southern New Hampshire University from 2011-2015. Played three seasons as a catcher while at SNHU. During these three seasons she was on the Northeast-10 Conference Academic Honor Roll. In 2013, she made 33 appearances as a starting catcher. She continued to play for the Empire State Huskies Organization each summer during her college career. 

Currently Christiana is in her seventh year as a teacher. She has been coaching basketball at the elementary and middle school level since 2015. In 2020, she became the Saint Raymond’s High School softball coach in the Bronx, NY.
