Coach Roberto Cotes

 Roberto Cotes Sr. Born and raised in the Dominican started his baseball dreams at the age of 9 after joining the Manuel Mota baseball league. Made the Dominican Republic 12,and 13U National teams as a CF. At the age of 16 joined the New York Mets minor league academy in DR and was then converted into a middle infielder. Career ended in 1989 after a devastating ACL injury to.my right knee. After moving to Ramsey NJ in 2012 started volunteering as coach for the town little league program winning the 9U, 10U, 11U District banner and taking the team to sectionals in consecutive years. 

Have worked , assisted, and managed other club teams within the Northeast area winning two major well known tournaments. I'm all about respecting the game and always try to encourage the younger players to respect the game they love so much as well.
