We are excited to invite you to become an inaugural member of our elite Pitching Kinetics
Academy, designed for pitchers 12 and up who are ready to elevate their game. The Pitching
Kinetics difference is to refocus and reteach how pitchers approach training by introducing an
individualized program focused on full body conditioning that teaches athletes to properly
prepare, focus and execute.
OUR GOAL
Pitching kinetics refers to the study and analysis of the various physical and mechanical forces
involved in the act of pitching in baseball or softball. It involves examining the movements,
forces and interactions between the pitcher's body and the ball throughout the pitching motion. By analyzing pitching kinetics, coaches, trainers and researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanics of pitching, such as velocity, release point, spin rate and acceleration, which can help improve pitching performance and reduce the risk of injuries. It's a fascinating field that combines aspects of physics, biomechanics and sports science!
THE PITCHING KINETICS APPROACH
Our program is designed so that pitchers not only train in-person with our elite staff, but also at
home through a uniquely tailored program unlike any other in the region.
● Each pitcher will begin the program with a complete evaluation with renowned physical
therapist Vincent Perez, who built over 15 years of professional experience in Major
League Baseball, followed by a technical evaluation by one of our pitching coaches..
● Pitchers will receive in-person training twice a week with an experienced pitching coach
at our indoor facility, complemented with sessions with an athletic trainer to develop
strength and endurance at an age appropriate level.
● Through our app, each pitcher will track their at-home progress, following their uniquely
designed training regimine.
As pitching is a dedicated craft, we built our program around an ongoing training
approach priced at $499 per month for a complete coaching and training cycle.
TRAIN WITH THE BEST TO BECOME THE BEST
Our coaches, pitching specialists and physical therapists are among the top in their professions.
Collectively, their skills form the perfect backbone necessary for pitchers to train, develop and
